All-Inclusive Women’s Intensive Self-Care Retreat in Scotland

Sunday, September 22 – Saturday, September 28th, 2024

Rest * Reflect * Release * Rebirth

Women are the primary caregivers in every country in the world and we are responsible for the complete nurturing of our families and those around us. We give 100% of ourselves, mind, body, and soul, without any thought or worry of how much it drains our precious life force. How can we fill other’s cups when our own is completely empty? Why in the world do we feel WE are not worthy of the love and care we so freely give others?

We say we would gladly die for our families, but are we willing to LIVE for them?

How do you live for your loved ones?

You start by coming to this retreat!

The Fairy Glen

Hey Sexy,

I know you are tired. I know you are overwhelmed. I know you want more but you are so busy taking care of everyone else’s needs that you just have nothing left for yourself.

I hear you, I see you, because I am you.

Are you ready to rediscover that little girl screaming inside of you for attention and love? Are you ready to be cared for and nurtured just as you do for others? Are you ready to drop that superwoman cape, learn how to shed your stress, and embrace your authentic genuine self so you can start living your Blyss unapologetically?

If so, this retreat has found its way to you for a reason. Your soul is aching for you to realize you are worthy of the time and investment to make self-care a daily ritual in order to find your inner peace.

Join me and a small group of women in one of most sacred places on this earth, Scotland. Home to Fairies, mystical creatures, and wise women of our past; our pilgrimage of the soul will take us through the ancient and mystical lands of our ancestors to remember who we are.

Reconnect with nature in the wild landscape of Scotland.

Warning: This is NOT a sightseeing tour – it is a retreat.

Imagine immersing yourself in the mystical Scottish landscape as you release and let go all the stress and responsibilities in your life. Quiet your mind and rest while listening to the trees whispering their secrets and water lapping against the shore. Reflect on what your soul really wants as you gaze into the fire and feel the heat warm your soul. Feel the release of all negativity flow down your body and into the earth as you bathe under a waterfall. Embrace rebirth as your mind, body, and soul reconnect in the powerful sacred sites of the Scottish Highlands.

The locations we will visit have been carefully woven into themes we will be exploring during the week. There will be many opportunities to learn how to assimilate these lessons into practical day-to-day living.

The work we will be doing is intensive and can be very emotional, bringing up old wounds. However, this sacred space will offer you a safe place to bring to the surface things that no longer serve you. Your fellow soul sisters will hold space for you as you face those wounds and feel them, so you can finally heal.

You will go home positively transformed, with deep connections to other women, and a deep inner knowledge of the immense value you bring to this world.

If this makes you both excited and nervous– good!

This retreat is for you.

Rest, Reflect, Release, & Rebirth in the land of Magic, Myths, & Legends. It is YOUR turn to live.

Are you ready?

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the Retreat on the Isle of Skye Scotland?

Scotland is one of the most magical, beautiful, and powerful places on earth. The Isle of Skye is the second (2nd) largest island in Scotland and considered one of the most visually stunning. The ancient and sacred sites help to facilitate the ability to forget your daily environments and to open your mind and soul fully.  Plus, it is my favorite place on earth – so, there’s that. :0)

Why Now?

Why not now? If you feel that you are too crazy busy at the moment or that it just isn’t a good time to be away, then I challenge you to recognize that NOW is exactly the perfect time to put yourself first for once. I have been planning this retreat for over 3 years. I turned 50 the day after Christmas (2023) and I knew I wanted to develop a life-changing experience to share with other women who are on their journey to remembering themselves and their inner power. There is no better time than RIGHT NOW. Are you ready?

Is this Trip Refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of moving parts to this retreat, and unfortunately, we simply cannot offer refunds at this time. However, if you commit to attending and find you cannot go, feel free to offer your spot to another woman you feel would benefit. Please contact me if this is a problem.

Do I Need a Passport?

YES! A passport is all you need right now. In 2025 you might need to get a Visa as well, but you do not need that for this trip. Technically, new passports take about 8 weeks to get in and cost $135. You can get a passport and find out everything you need online at travel.state.gov.

Are Flights Included?

No, however, everything else is! You might want to arrive the night before (September 21st) so you know you will be there for the 9:00 am pickup on the morning of the 22nd. You can also get a hotel room in Edinburgh (or get together with other attendees) for the night of the 28th. This way, you can rest or go explore Edinburgh which I highly recommend.

What is the Deposit Information?

This all-inclusive experience is only $4,444. In Order to save your spot in this exclusive retreat (because space is extremely limited), we require at least $1,444 down. (Remember, this is non-refundable). In addition, if you need a payment plan after you paid the deposit, we offer you the option of paying the balance ($3,000) in monthly installments to be paid in full by August 15, 2024.

  • $1000 deposit due at booking.
  • $3444 split through remaining months.
  • Final balance due by August 15th.
Is there a Discount if we Pay in Full?

Why yes there is! If you pay in full when booking, you will get $444 off to put toward your flights.  This is a great deal!

Are there Private Rooms Available?

Yes, but only one (1) official private room plus two (2) potential private rooms. There is an upgraded price for these. The $4,444 retreat cost is based on double occupancy per room.

  • There is one private room: (1) double bed (our version of a full-sized bed) and it is a $500 upgrade.
  • Bedroom #1 with a King Bed: Can be shared with a close girlfriend OR it can be a private room for an additional $700 upcharge.
  • Bedroom #2 with a King Bed: Can be shared with a close girlfriend OR it can be a private room for an additional $700 upcharge.
  • In the case of these 2 King Sized bedrooms: if one of you choose to sleep in the study or living room on the couch – you may do that.
  • These will be assigned to the first people who request it and pay their deposits.
Is it Possible to Arrive and Leave the Retreat House on My Own?

Yes, of course. The retreat actually starts Monday at 10 am and ends Friday night after we return from our excursions. It was important for me to offer transportation to and from Edinburgh. The sites we will stop to see on our way there and back are designed to break up the 5-hour drive while giving you a chance to see more of this gorgeous country. If you are thinking about doing this, I highly recommend flying into inverness which is only slightly more than a 2-hour drive to the Tulach Ard Farmhouse. Please be aware that I will not be able to offer a discount if you choose to do this because we will still need the 2 vans to get everyone to and from the excursions.

What Happens if I Cannot Attend due to Illness or an Emergency?

As a business owner and mom of 10 – I completely understand that things come up. The nature of this trip is one where all the costs are wrapped up in the number of people attending. Refunds are just not possible. However, you can certainly feel free to find another woman who would be willing to take your place and she can pay you to cover your costs. But we certainly hope that does not happen – we want you with us!

What Forms of Payment do You Accept?

We use a software called Honeybook and it gives you the option to use a credit card or a bank transfer. Let me know if you have any issues with those and we can find what works best for you.

What is the Weather like in Scotland for the Week of the Trip?

Well, you never really know! However, GENERALLY, it is between 30-60 degrees. Weather changes quickly and I have experienced all four seasons in 15 minutes on one trip. :0)  The trick is to dress in layers. You will receive a comprehensive packet when you book that discusses everything you need to know from packing, shoes, tipping, money conversions, and food expectations.

What is the Best Way to get to Edinburgh?

Flying into London & then finding a separate flight to Edinburgh tends to be the most affordable way. You can also take a train from London into Edinburgh (generally around 5 hours). You will sit in comfort as you watch the beautiful scenery pass by.

How much do International Flights from the US to London/Edinburgh typically Cost?

Good question!  As you know, it varies, but typically $500-$1500 depending on airports and cabin class.

Do we get to explore Edinburgh during the retreat?

No. This retreat was designed around the sacred sites in the Isle of Skye (the 2nd largest island in Scotland). I have broken up the drive to the Isle of Skye (there and back) by stopping at locations that will correspond to the themes we will be discussing. However, I HIGHLY recommend you come in on September 21st and stay the night in Edinburgh, so you are rested and on-time to meet the vans at 9 am on the 22nd. You can also schedule your flight to go out the evening of the 29th or later so you can go adventure in the capitol city.

I have Special Dietary Needs (Vegan, Vegetarian, GF or DF), can You Accommodate Me?

Absolutely! In fact, one of our chefs is Vegan and is well-accustomed to working around any food allergies or issues. I promise – you shall eat very well!

I’d LOVE to Come, but the Cost is Higher than I Expected. Can You Explain the Costs Please?

I 100% understand. When I was creating this retreat, I really wanted to make it affordable. As it was coming together, I realized this needed to be a luxury experience, so the attendees have the most transformative experience possible. This trip could and should be well over $6,000, but I have worked diligently to negotiate the best possible discounts and prices. For 7-day, 6-night all-inclusive retreat, you will NOT be able to beat this cost. Let me remind you in case you are doubting it – YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Will You be Offering Any Other Retreats?

You betcha! After 25 years of planning and executing thousands of events for others, I am now taking those skills and combining them with my desire to assist women in finding their true Blyss and living it unapologetically. This is my inaugural event and my 50th birthday gift to myself.

Is this Retreat Religiously Affiliated in Any Way?

NO! Any faith or belief system is welcome. We will be talking about concepts that will explore old traditions and ancient practices. The goal is to be open to new ideas and strategies that you can incorporate in your life once you get home if you so choose. If we discuss or do anything that does not resonate with you, please feel free to just step away and create your own method of experiencing the concept. In other words, you do you boo.
